  2. General Provisions: These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") apply to all sales of products (hereinafter, "Products" or "Product") purchased through the website [links]. The use of the distance selling service described in these General Conditions is exclusively reserved for consumers (hereinafter, "Customers" or the "Customer"), defined as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity. The language available to conclude the contract is Italian. The Customer is required to carefully read the General Conditions, which have been made available on the website, in order to allow their storage and reproduction by the Customer in accordance with Article 12 of Legislative Decree no. 70 of April 9, 2003. Contracts concluded with nailfor.it (as defined below) through the Site are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005 ("Consumer Code") and Legislative Decree no. 70 of April 9, 2003 (hereinafter, "E-commerce Decree").

  3. Seller Identification: The seller is NAILFOR SRL, with registered office at Via Giacinto Andrea Longhin 121, 35129 PADOVA, VAT: 04966040281 (hereinafter "nailfor.com").

  4. Product Information: Information about the products available for remote sale through the site "www.nailfor.com," eligible for distance selling through the Site, is available, with their product codes, on the Site. The aforementioned information is provided in accordance with Articles 52 and 53 of the Consumer Code.

  5. Price: Prices on www.nailfor.com are inclusive of all taxes and fees, excluding delivery charges. All prices are expressed in Euro. On https://www.nailforbusiness.com, prices are exclusive of VAT.

  6. Ordering Products: The essential features and prices of the Products are stated in the offer for each Product. To purchase the Products, the Customer must complete and submit the electronic order form to nailfor.com, following the instructions on the Site. The Customer must place the Product in the appropriate "cart" and, after reading the General Conditions, especially regarding the contribution for delivery charges and the exercise of the right of withdrawal, and the Privacy Policy, select the desired payment method and choose the "submit order" option. Before submitting the purchase order, the Customer will have the opportunity to correct any errors in the data entry using the appropriate correction procedure on the Site. In particular, the Customer has the option to change the quantity of the Products to be purchased by adding or removing one or more Products from the "cart." By submitting the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares that they have read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accept the General Conditions. The Customer will have the opportunity to view and track the status of their order through the "Orders" section of their account. Nailfor.com reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of the orders received. Nailfor.com will communicate to the Customer any impossibility of accepting the orders within 5 days from the day following the one on which the Customer transmitted the order to nailfor.com and will refund any sums already paid by the Customer for the supply.

  7. Payment Methods: The Customer can pay for the Products and related delivery charges by credit card through the PayPal website, by bank transfer, or cash on delivery (cash on delivery not accepted for orders exceeding €1000). Nailfor.com accepts payments made with Visa and MasterCard credit cards. The transaction will be charged to the Customer's credit card only after the credit card details have been verified, and authorization has been received. Nailfor.com also accepts payments made by bank transfer. The transfer must be made out to nailfor srl, indicating the order number. The transfer must be made within 5 working days of the order; after this period, the unpaid order will be considered invalid and canceled. Any bank charges will be borne by the Customer. In case the debit of the amounts due from the Customer proves impossible for any reason, the sales process is automatically canceled, and the sale is automatically canceled. Nailfor.com also accepts payment by courier upon delivery ("Cash on Delivery"). For this payment method, a surcharge of €3 is applied, and in this case, the Customer must deliver the amount of the order in cash to the courier responsible for delivering the goods. If the package is refused by the Customer, the storage and return costs of the goods will be at their expense.

  8. Order Confirmation: In accordance with Article 53 of the Consumer Code, the Customer receives, at the time of the contract's execution, an email confirmation of the receipt of the purchase order sent by the Customer, containing a summary of the General Conditions, the essential features of the ordered product, its price, the amount paid, the existence of the right of withdrawal - with indications of the times and methods for returning the goods - the geographical address to present any complaints, and information about assistance services and existing commercial warranties.

  9. Ineffectiveness of the Order: No contract shall be considered concluded between nailfor.com and the Customer if nailfor.com has reasonable grounds to believe that the Customer does not operate based on a genuine and actual interest in purchasing the ordered products or exercises the right of withdrawal recognized by Article 12 abusively. In such cases, the order submitted by the Customer shall be deemed ineffective. Nailfor.com will send the Customer a communication via email, attesting to the non-conclusion of the Contract, also taking care to cancel any charges and/or expenses incurred by the Customer.

  10. Transport and Delivery: The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. The Customer has the option to request delivery of the products to another natural person of their choice, whose residence or domicile is within the Italian territory. At the time of delivery, the signature of an adult over 18 years old will be required. No deliveries will be made to post office boxes. For each order placed on the Site, nailfor.com issues an invoice for the shipped goods, sending it via email or with the order, in accordance with Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. No changes to the invoice will be possible after its issuance. Delivery costs are borne by the Customer and are clearly indicated on the Site and in the order form. The shipping cost in Italy for orders under €39.00 is €4.90, while it may vary in the EU. Any customs duties are the responsibility of the Customer. All purchases will be delivered by GLS Italy spa or Nexive. The Customer can indicate a preference for the courier during the purchase phase among those proposed by nailfor.com ("Courier") from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Nailfor.com is not responsible for unforeseeable delays. Nailfor.com or the designated express courier will send the Customer an email confirmation once the Products have been shipped, specifying the tracking number of the shipment through which the shipment status can be viewed, upon entering it on the Courier's website. In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, in accordance with the Consumer Code, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 3 (three) days from the day following the one on which the Customer transmitted the order to nailfor.com, unless nailfor.com communicates - within the same period, by email - the impossibility of delivering the ordered goods due to the subsequent unavailability, even temporary, of the Products. In the event of such communication, nailfor.com will refund any sums already paid by the Customer for the supply.

  11. Right of Withdrawal: Nailfor.com wishes to ensure complete customer satisfaction. In accordance with Article 64 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products purchased through the Site within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the Products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send the following information to info@nailfor.com: a) the expression of the will to exercise the right of withdrawal under Article 64 of the Consumer Code; b) the indication of the Products for which the Customer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal; c) the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase; d) the data relating to the Customer's bank account, exclusively if the Customer has made the payment by bank transfer. This communication can also be sent, always within the aforementioned period of 10 (ten) days, by email, telegram, and fax. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, nailfor.com will fully refund the price of the Products, provided that they are returned by the Customer in normal condition and only if the return instructions above are correctly followed. Nailfor.com reserves the right to refuse the return of Products that do not comply with these requirements. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase or by bank transfer. The delivery charges for returning the Products are the responsibility of the Customer; any expenses incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refundable. Each delivery will contain easy instructions for returning the Products. Nailfor.com undertakes to refund the Customer promptly within and not later than 15 days from the date of return of the Products. Nailfor.com will send a confirmation email of the refund. Nailfor.com will not be responsible for the refund or compensation for Products returned but never received by nailfor.com due to loss, theft, or damage not attributable to nailfor.com. If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel the submitted order, they must promptly send an email to info@nailfor.com. Once the Product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified until the shipped goods have been returned to nailfor.com. In this case, reference is made to the return policy described above.

  12. Product Replacement: Nailfor.com intends to provide customers with the opportunity to replace products purchased through the Site. To obtain the replacement of a Product, follow the procedure indicated below. The Customer who is not entirely satisfied must keep all documentation related to the delivery and the Product itself in its original packaging and immediately contact nailfor.com by email at info@nailfor.com. The Product to be replaced must arrive, in normal condition, sealed, and not consumed, at the following address: Via Oslavia 17/3 - Milano 20137. The processing of the new order is subject to the availability of the requested Products. For perishable materials, replacements can be made within 15 days of purchase. The shipping costs for the return of the Product are the responsibility of the Customer. The replacement Product will be sent to the Customer by express courier without additional shipping costs in the next order placed by the customer; otherwise, if the customer wants the replacement product immediately, the shipping costs by express courier will be at their expense.

  13. Conformity Defects: In the case of conformity defects of Products sold by nailfor.com, the Customer must immediately contact nailfor.com at the email address info@nailfor.com. The legal guarantees provided by Articles 129, 130, and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of the Products. The Customer is entitled to the restoration, without charges, of the conformity of the good through repair or replacement, or to an adequate reduction of the price or to the resolution of the contract. The Customer forfeits these rights if they do not report to Nailfor.com the defect of conformity within two months from the date on which they discovered the defect. The action to assert defects not fraudulently concealed by nailfor.com is prescribed, in any case, within twenty-six months from the delivery of the good.

  14. Errors: The information regarding the Products provided on the Site is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors. Nailfor.com reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions even after an order has been sent and also to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

  15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These General Conditions are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian laws. For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity, and/or execution of these General Conditions, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction will be that of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the Italian territory.
